Training

We invest in capacitating our employees in Food Hygiene and Safety in order to ensure the effective control of our products.

In 2016, the Group carried out more than 93,000 hours of training about food safety divided across 28,800 employees, an increase of 5% and 9% respectively when compared to 2015.

In Colombia, training was given to 4,617 employees, in a total of 25,846 hours.
