The JERONYMO concept first appeared in 2002, initially associated with a concept of coffee kiosk situated within Group stores, later evolving into the coffee shop concept in 2007.

Under the "Coffee&Friends" moto, Jeronymo presents itself as the ideal meeting point, for sharing a good coffee with friends.

The chain had 19 coffee shops at the end of 2016.
